1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Refund Services Australia ("RSA", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

RSA provides investigation and recovery services for unclaimed money. we act as your agent in dealing with the relevant holding authorities to facilitate the release of funds.

3. Fees and Commission

Our services are provided on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. We charge a commission fee as agreed upon in the Authority to Release or similar agreement signed by you. This fee is deducted from the recovered funds before the balance is transferred to you. If no funds are recovered, no fee is payable.

4. Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the claims process. You also agree to sign any necessary documents required by holding authorities to verify your identity and ownership of the funds.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
